1. القبول والتعريف بالمنصة 1. Acceptance of Terms
مرحباً بكم في منصة "خدماتي" (Khadamati). يشكل استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني، أو تطبيق الويب، أو تطبيقات الهاتف المحمولة موافقة صريحة وكاملة على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يجب عليك التوقف فوراً عن استخدام خدمات المنصة. Welcome to Khadamati. By accessing or using our website, web application, or mobile apps, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform immediately.
2. طبيعة عمل المنصة ودور الوساطة التقنية 2. Marketplace Role & Nature of Services
تعمل منصة "خدماتي" كوسيط وسوق تقني إلكتروني يربط بين العملاء الباحثين عن خدمات متنوعة وبين مزودي الخدمات المستقلين والمهنيين المؤهلين. لا تعتبر المنصة بأي حال من الأحوال طرفاً مشغلاً، أو رب عمل، أو شريكاً مباشراً لمزودي الخدمات؛ بل توفر البنية التحتية الرقمية لتسهيل البحث، وتقديم الطلبات، وإدارة دورة حياة الخدمة بشفافية. Khadamati operates as a technological marketplace connecting service seekers with independent, verified service providers and tradespeople. The Platform is neither an employer nor a direct contractor for providers; rather, it provides digital discovery, matchmaking, and request lifecycle management tools.
3. شروط استخدام العملاء 3. Customer Terms & Responsibilities
- تقديم معلومات اتصال وعناوين دقيقة عند إنشاء الطلب.Providing accurate contact information and location coordinates when placing a request.
- التعامل باحترام ومهنية مع مزودي الخدمات أثناء وبعد تنفيذ الخدمة.Treating service providers with professional respect during service delivery.
- تقديم تقييمات صادقة ومنصفة تعكس واقع التجربة الفعلية بعد إتمام العمل.Providing honest, constructive reviews reflecting real completed experiences.
4. شروط والتزامات مزودي الخدمات (KYC) 4. Provider Terms & Verification Invariants
- الالتزام بتقديم وثائق إثبات هوية وتراخيص مهنية رسمية وصحيحة (KYC).Providing authentic, verifiable government identification and trade credentials (KYC).
- عدم مزاولة أي أعمال أو تقديم خدمات خارج نطاق التخصصات المصرح بها في حسابه.Offering services strictly within the approved and registered category domains.
- الالتزام بأعلى معايير السلامة المهنية، والنزاهة، وجودة التنفيذ.Maintaining rigorous safety, professionalism, and workmanship standards.
- تحديث حالة الطلب داخل المنصة بدقة من لحظة القبول حتى إنهاء العمل.Accurately maintaining request status transitions through completion.
5. دورة حياة الطلبات والاتفاقيات المباشرة 5. Request Lifecycle & Direct Agreements
تخضع جميع طلبات الخدمات لدورة حياة محددة وشفافة داخل النظام (قيد الانتظار ← تم القبول ← قيد التنفيذ ← مكتمل). يتم الاتفاق على تفاصيل التنفيذ والأسعار بين العميل ومزود الخدمة مباشرة وبشكل مسبق. المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي اتفاقيات جانبية غير مسجلة أو خارج نطاق الطلب المعتمد. All service requests follow an auditable lifecycle (Pending → Accepted → In Progress → Completed). Service pricing and execution details are directly agreed upon between customer and provider. The Platform is not liable for undocumented, external agreements.
6. الملكية الفكرية 6. Intellectual Property
كافة حقوق الملكية الفكرية، بما في ذلك الاسم التجاري "خدماتي"، والشعارات، والتصاميم، والأكواد البرمجية، هي ملك حصري لمنصة خدماتي وتطوير علي الحسن، ومحمية بموجب القوانين والاتفاقيات الدولية المنظمة لحقوق المؤلف والعلامات التجارية. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand identity "Khadamati", logos, codebase, and visual assets are the exclusive property of Khadamati and developed by Ali Elhassan, protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها 7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
تبذل المنصة أقصى جهودها الفنية للتحقق من هوية مزودي الخدمات وصلاحية المستندات. ومع ذلك، تُقدم المنصة خدماتها "كما هي"، ولا تضمن النتائج الفردية للأعمال المنفذة على أرض الواقع. المسؤولية القانونية والمادية عن جودة الخدمة الميدانية تقع على عاتق مزود الخدمة المباشر. The Platform exercises rigorous due diligence in verifying provider credentials. However, services are facilitated "as is". Legal and operational liability for actual physical workmanship rests directly with the independent provider executing the service.
8. تعليق وإنهاء الحسابات 8. Account Suspension & Termination
تحتفظ إدارة المنصة بحقها الكامل في تعليق أو إغلاق حساب أي مستخدم ينتهك هذه الشروط، أو يقدم معلومات مضللة، أو يسيء استخدام قنوات التواصل والتقييمات، وذلك حمايةً لأمان مجتمع المنصة. Platform administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms, submitting fraudulent documentation, or abusing marketplace features, to maintain community trust.
