1. مقدمة ونطاق التطبيق 1. Introduction & Scope

تلتزم منصة "خدماتي" (المشار إليها بـ "المنصة" أو "نحن") باحترام وحماية خصوصية وأمان بيانات مستخدميها من العملاء ومزودي الخدمات في دولة قطر وجمهورية السودان. توضح هذه السياسة بشفافية تامة طبيعة البيانات التي نجمعها، وكيفية استخدامها، والجهات التي نشاركها معها، وحقوقك الكاملة في التحكم ببياناتك. Khadamati ("the Platform", "we", or "us") is dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of our users (both customers and service providers) in Qatar and Sudan. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how it is used and processed, with whom it is shared, and your rights regarding your personal data.

2. البيانات والمعلومات التي نجمعها 2. Information We Collect

نقوم بجمع البيانات الضرورية فقط لتشغيل المنصة وتقديم خدمات التوفيق والتواصل الفعال بين العملاء ومزودي الخدمات، وتشمل: We collect only the information necessary to operate our marketplace and facilitate direct service requests:

  • بيانات الحساب والمصادقة: Account & Authentication Data: رقم الهاتف والتحقق عبر OTP (في الدول المدعومة)، البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم الكامل، وكلمة المرور المشفرة. Mobile phone numbers, SMS OTP verification (in supported jurisdictions), email address, full name, and encrypted credentials.
  • الموقع الجغرافي والإحداثيات: Geolocation Data: إحداثيات الموقع ونصف القطر الجغرافي لحساب المسافات وتسهيل العثور على مزودي الخدمات القريبين جغرافياً وإرسال الطلبات. Geographic coordinates, city, and service coverage radius to compute distances and connect nearby users.
  • بيانات التحقق المهني والهوية (KYC لمزودي الخدمات): Provider KYC & Verification Data: بطاقات الهوية الشخصية، السجلات التجارية أو الرخص المهنية، والصور الشخصية، لغرض التحقق الإداري وحماية أمان العملاء. National identification cards, trade/professional licenses, and qualification documents submitted strictly for administrative vetting.
  • بيانات الطلبات والمراجعات: Service Requests & Reviews: تفاصيل طلب الخدمة، المواعيد، التحديثات، التقييمات والمراجعات المكتوبة، والصور المرفقة لتوثيق الخدمة. Request descriptions, scheduling, status updates, verified client reviews, and images attached to describe required work.

3. كيفية استخدام البيانات والمعلومات 3. How We Use Your Information

نستخدم البيانات لأغراض تشغيلية وأمنية محددة: We use collected data strictly for operational and security purposes:

  • تمكين العملاء من البحث عن مزودي الخدمات وحساب المسافات وإرسال طلبات العمل.Enabling customers to discover providers, calculate distances, and submit work requests.
  • تمكين مزودي الخدمات من استلام الطلبات وإدارة عروضهم وخدماتهم.Enabling service providers to receive incoming service requests and manage workflow.
  • التحقق الإداري الصارم من هوية مزودي الخدمات لمنع الاحتيال وضمان السلامة.Administrative verification of service providers to prevent fraud and maintain marketplace trust.
  • إرسال إشعارات لحظية بتحديثات حالة الطلب والرسائل الهامة.Dispatching push notifications and operational alerts regarding request status transitions.
  • منع الوصول غير المصرح به وفرض قواعد الأمان وحماية النظم من الهجمات.Preventing unauthorized access, enforcing security rules, and maintaining platform integrity.

4. البنية التحتية السحابية ومزودو الخدمات الخارجيون 4. Cloud Infrastructure & Third-Party Services

تعتمد منصة خدماتي على بنية تحتية سحابية موثوقة وعالية الأمان تقدمها شركة Google عبر منصة Google Cloud Platform وFirebase (تشمل Firebase Authentication، Cloud Firestore، Cloud Storage، Cloud Functions، وFirebase Cloud Messaging). تخضع جميع عمليات نقل وتخزين البيانات لتشفير قياسي وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية (TLS/HTTPS في النقل وتشفير AES-256 عند التخزين). Khadamati is powered by enterprise-grade, secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Platform and Firebase (including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging). All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS/HTTPS, and data at rest is secured using AES-256 encryption.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحق حذف الحساب 5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً لتقديم الخدمة. يمكن للمستخدم حذف حسابه من إعدادات التطبيق أو استخدام صفحة حذف الحساب الرسمية على الويب. عند حذف الحساب، تُعالج بيانات الحساب وفق آلية حذف الحساب المعتمدة في المنصة، مع الاحتفاظ فقط بما يلزم قانونياً أو تشغيلياً عند الاقتضاء. We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active. Users can delete their account from application settings or use the official web account-deletion resource. When an account is deleted, account data is processed under Khadamati's account-deletion workflow, subject to any legally or operationally required retention.

6. حقوق المستخدم 6. Your Rights

  • حق الوصول إلى بياناتك والاطلاع على المعلومات المسجلة باسمك.The right to access and review your registered personal information.
  • حق تصحيح وتعديل بيانات ملفك الشخصي وموقعك الجغرافي.The right to rectify and update your profile details and service preferences.
  • حق حذف الحساب وإنهاء المعالجة.The right to delete your account and withdraw consent.
  • حق إلغاء تفعيل إشعارات الدفع في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك.The right to disable push notifications at any time via device settings.

7. تحديثات سياسة الخصوصية 7. Policy Updates

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من حين لآخر لتواكب تطورات المنصة أو المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية. سيتم إشعار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق أو بنشر التاريخ المحدث أعلى هذه الصفحة. We may update this policy periodically to reflect platform enhancements or regulatory requirements. Material revisions will be communicated via in-app alerts or through updated effective dates on this page.
