حذف الحساب مباشرة عبر الويب Delete Account Directly via Web
يمكنك حذف حساب خدماتي والبيانات المرتبطة به من خلال تطبيق خدماتي على الويب دون الحاجة إلى تثبيت تطبيق الهاتف. You can delete your Khadamati account and associated account data using Khadamati Web without reinstalling the mobile app.

- افتح تطبيق خدماتي على الويب (عبر الرابط أعلاه). Open the Khadamati Web Application (using the link above).
- سجل الدخول إلى حسابك باستخدام رقم هاتفك أو بريدك الإلكتروني. Sign in to your account using your phone number or email address.
- افتح "ملفي الشخصي" من القائمة الرئيسية أو الشريط العلوي. Open "My Profile" from the main menu or top bar.
- انتقل إلى قسم حذف الحساب (منطقة الحساب الحساسة في أسفل الصفحة). Navigate to the Account Deletion section (located at the bottom of the profile).
- اختر "حذف الحساب" وأكد الطلب في نافذة التأكيد التي تظهر لك. Select "Delete Account" and confirm the request in the confirmation dialog.
معالجة البيانات والاحتفاظ القانوني Data Processing & Statutory Retention
عند تأكيد حذف الحساب، تُعالج بيانات الحساب وفق آلية حذف الحساب المعتمدة في المنصة، حيث يتم إزالة بيانات ملفك الشخصي وبيانات الدخول فوراً. يرجى الملاحظة أن بعض السجلات أو البيانات قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها فقط بالقدر الذي يفرضه القانون أو تقتضيه المتطلبات التشغيلية والإلزامية (مثل السجلات المحاسبية والمالية للطلبات المنفذة أو سجلات تسوية النزاعات المكتملة)، بما يتوافق بدقة مع سياسة الخصوصية. Upon confirmed deletion, account data is processed under Khadamati's canonical account-deletion workflow, and personal credentials and profile details are removed immediately. Please note that certain records may be retained only where strictly required by statutory legal or financial obligations (such as completed transaction accounting or resolved dispute logs), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
شروط ومتطلبات الحذف Prerequisites for Deletion
- يجب ألا تكون هناك طلبات خدمة نشطة أو قيد التنفيذ مسجلة على الحساب. There must be no active, in-progress service requests associated with the account.
- يجب تسوية أو إغلاق أي نزاعات مفتوحة قبل إتمام الحذف. Any open disputes must be resolved or closed prior to deletion.
- لدواعي الأمان، قد تتطلب المنصة إعادة تسجيل الدخول الحديث للتحقق من هوية صاحب الحساب. For security reasons, recent re-authentication may be required to verify account ownership.
